Richard Hill
Richard Hill is a retired marketing executive who has always had a passion for the arts. His first degree was in Music Education, and he now spends a large portion of his time in his art studio creating sculptures under the non-de-plume - Chilly Waters, where 100% of the profits from his art go to the Carhill Scholarship for the Visual and Performing Arts.
A founding member and board Executive Director, Richard sees the Carhill Scholarship as a passion project that has finally come to life.
